We are looking for dynamic Sales/Marketing professional to unite operational detail, project strategies, and bid compliance to create a persuasive and succinct narrative to clearly communicate the company’s individual value proposition to each potential customer. The Sales/Marketing professional will also build and maintain client relationships in the education industry (K-12), develop and facilitate a proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations. The ideal candidate will manage all facets of the proposal process under aggressive deadlines, including coordination, writing, editing/proofing, production and quality control.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Organizational Development or equivalent discipline. MBA, preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in educational marketing.
• Strong proposal writing skills, a must.
• Documented track record of leading organizational growth, including but not limited to proposal development, recruiting and marketing, governmental relations, and budgeting and finance
• Strong interpersonal, project management and planning skills with a keen attention to details
• Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, manage multiple projects and achieve successful business results rapidly
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle confidential client and company information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Education Industry experience, a plus
• Experience in educational marketing will be an advantage, but not necessary
• Ability to travel 10-20%
