The FW will be familiar with all aspects of the program and program policies. The FW will work with families to provide support and/or intervention to ensure ongoing positive child development. The FW will work as a team with all family workers to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and consistent manner.

• Must understand and articulate the role of parents in the agency.
• Maintain a monthly report that must be submitted to the Principal, Director and Executive.
• Responsible for maintaining confidentiality, current and accurate records as required by IEP and DHS.
• Responsible for ongoing recruitment of children for assigned sites.
• Gather and maintain necessary documentation for enrollment including changes in address, phone numbers, alternate numbers, etc.
• Maintain a daily attendance record for all children.
• Ensure that all parents sign monthly vouchers at the end of each month.
• Familiarize with available community resources and encourage parents to make use of the resources.
• Perform any and all other duties as requested.
• Job Requirements:
• Associates Degree or FDC (Family Development Credential) preferred
